Nectria fuckeliana field guide – flip top
Project description:
Objective: Review text and illustrations in the “Field Guide to symptoms of Nectria fuckeliana cankers”. Contract the reformatting and design of the guide to the desired flip–top format.

Background: Forest Health Research Collaborative Project 2005–02 entailed the production of a field guide to the symptoms of Nectria fuckeliana flute canker. The guide was designed to allow field diagnosis of disease occurrence and severity and was made available in electronic format. Collaborative members were each provided with a CD. This format was chosen as it was believed that this would allow users to construct their own strategy specific–guides for tree selection or disease assessment purposes.
Subsequent to distribution of the CDs a number of FHRC members expressed a wish for the guide to be provided in the flip–top format that has been successfully used for a number of other field guides.
